I've installed a Database;
how come it doesn't show up in my Smartphone Home Screen - Programs Menu?
For you to view the Database you must have the Town CompassŪ DataViewer
installed on your Smartphone. See the
Installation Guide
for how to install DataViewer.

I've installed DataViewer;
why is there no Town CompassŪ icon in my Home Screen - Programs Menu?
DataViewer must be run from the \Program Files\Town Compass\DataViewer\ directory
on your Smartphone's RAM in order to work correctly. Make sure the "DataViewer.exe"
file is in this directory. If it isn't, reinstall DataViewer from the original
CAB file (refer to the
Installation Guide
for how to install DataViewer on your device).
