Troubleshooting
Can I install more than one Database?
Yes. The Town Compass® DataViewer supports multiple Databases.

I've installed multiple Databases; how do I switch between them?
The Database name appears in the upper left corner while in the DataViewer program. A small "down arrow" will appear to the right of the Database name, indicating a pulldown menu. Click on the Database name to open the menu. You can toggle between different products by selecting the desired Database from the pulldown menu. If you do not see a small "down arrow", it means you have only one Database loaded.

How many Databases can I have loaded at once?
That depends on how much memory your handheld has, and how much of it is available. Handheld devices typically have 2 to 16 megabytes of memory, not including storage devices. The amount of available memory you have depends on how many other programs and files you have loaded. To determine how much free space you have, click on the "Start" menu in the top left of the screen and select "Settings". Tap on the "System" tab at the bottom of the screen, then select "Memory" from the listings. The amount of free memory is noted towards the bottom of the page.
