Troubleshooting
Can I install more than one Database?
Yes. The Town Compass® DataViewer supports multiple Databases.

I've installed multiple Databases; how do I switch between them?
The Database name appears in the upper right corner of the Database Home Page. A small "down arrow" will appear to the left of the Database name, indicating a pulldown menu. Click on the arrow to open the menu. You can toggle between different products by selecting the desired Database from the pulldown menu. (The only screen you cannot toggle between Databases is the Details Page.) If you do not see a small "down arrow", it means you have only one Database loaded.

How many Databases can I have loaded at once?
That depends on how much memory your handheld has, and how much of it is available. Handheld devices typically have 2 to 16 megabytes of memory, not including storage devices. The amount of available memory you have depends on how many other programs and files you have loaded. To determine how much free space you have, click the "Menu" icon on your handheld's Home Screen, then select "Info."
